Shipping
Every piece in our collection is made to order by hand in New York City. Orders usually ship within four weeks of being placed. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. You should receive an email with the details and tracking number for your order as soon as your order ships. Please allow approximately 3 to 6 business days for delivery once your order leaves our studio. Please contact us at 888-661-3991 if you are having a fashion emergency and require rush delivery.

Satisfaction
Every single piece of jewelry in our collection is handmade in New York City. We hope you will be satisfied with all items purchased through our website. All sales are final. Please see our return policy below.

Returns
All sales are final. We ship only the best quality, handmade jewelry to our customers. On the very rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, we are happy to replace that item. In this case, please email us at customerservice@chemistrybridal.com to receive return authorization and proper shipping instructions. Shipping, handling and insurance on exchanged merchandise is non-refundable and non-reimbursable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are returned uninsured.
